The estimated visa cost for getting a visa through the embassy is about $358 for multiple entry visa and $ 22 for a single entry. You can stay for 30 days with a visa permit of 90 days. This visa cost is for any purpose you want to go to.
You can also get e-visa with affordable charges, i.e., the service fee for a visa is $20 while visa costs only $25. And if you are resident of Japan and Turkey, you don’t need to pay any charges for visa processing. E-visa is an affordable and fast way of getting a visa. You don’t need to wait much, and the visa can arrive within two to three working days.
If you have the interest to join some college or university at Baku, you need to apply for a student visa. For short term student visa, the fee is $100, and a long duration visa fee is about $200.

Can I get a visa at Baku airport?
Visa on arrival is a short duration visa which allows the visa holder to stay in the host country for maximum 90 days and minimum 15 days. Most of the countries offer visa on arrival services to other states with close ties. Azerbaijan has started a visa on arrival services for countries with strong diplomatic relation. So, if you are resident of one of the countries mentioned below, you can get the visa at Baku airport. These countries are;
Bahrain, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, Iran, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. You will get a permit to stay for 30 days in Baku at the airport. But, if you belong to Iran, you can obtain a stay permit of 15 days only. And for American citizens, they need to fly by only Azerbaijan airlines direct from NewYork to Azerbaijan.
